Welcome to The Original Paw Pleasers, San Diego's first dog and cat bakery.

Just minutes from Downtown and the famous San Diego Zoo,  we are located at 2525 University Avenue, approximately 2 blocks east of Texas Street (619) 293-PAWS (7297)

The Original Paw Pleasers is the home of the peanut butter Yaki, an oversized dog bone shaped treat available in a variety of flavors including peanut butter, liver,and NEW cherry duck. (Yaki and Soba are my 17 year old Schipperkes. When they are not taste testing new products, they can usually be found dozing under the counter!)

At The Original Paw Pleasers, our treats are fresh baked, preservative and corn free. All  of our treats are made with allergy-friendly barley flour. We have been catering to the pets of San Diego since 1997. We welcome special orders!

Our cat treats include Itty-Bitty-Kitty treats in fish, chicken and calamari flavors. We also have non-fat, lactose-free, creamy yogurt products with doggie and kitty-safe toppings baked right in our shop.

No artificial preservatives are used and we cater to pets with wheat or corn allergies.
